You will receive your child's class placement on August 21st, you can find their Teacher's individual requested supplies in the links below. Please let us know if you have any questions!

Online Registration for New Students

We are pleased to continue with the Eastchester online enrollment portal for new student registration into the Eastchester School District. This process replaces the paper forms previously submitted during scheduled appointments with the registrar's office and now expedites this process. The online registration portal can be accessed by navigating to:

after February 14, 2024, for registration for the 2024-2025 school year. When you choose the online registration URL you will be asked to create an account before you can begin the registration. To successfully create the online registration account, you will need to enter a valid email address which the registrar's office will use to contact you. Detailed instructions are built into the new online registration forms and will assist you while completing the new online forms. You will need the following items to upload before submitting the application: ● Proof of child/children’s age -examples of acceptable forms of documentation include, but are not limited to, o Original birth certificate, o Original baptismal record o Original passport ● Proof of current immunizations, doctor’s physical exam and dentist’s dental exam reports current within the last 12 months ● Valid photo ID for registering parent (Driver’s License or other government issued ID) ● Custodial/adoption/guardianship/divorce agreement/Order of Protection papers that may be applicable ● Last report card /transcript /IEP/504 (if applicable). ● CURRENT PROOF of residency within the Eastchester School District: three documents in the name of the custodial parent/guardian with an Eastchester Street address, P.O. Boxes not valid for proof of residency documents. ● Acceptable proofs of residency must include one of the following: o Current Tax Bill/Statement, Deed, Share Certificate, Entire signed lease or Notarized Landlord Affidavit ● Supported by two of the following: o Current gas/electric/oil bill (not a turn-off notice) o Current landline telephone bill (no disconnect or mobile/cell phone bills) o Current payroll/earnings statement (showing your name and address) o Current maintenance bill (condo or co-op) o Most recent W2 form or IRS return document with current address Please note: the school district may request additional information if necessary. Kindergarten registration for the 2024-2025 school year is for children who turn five years of age on or before December 1, 2024.
