Our School Nurse

Welcome to Greenvale!  The school nurse is responsible for the health and safety of your children.  If your child has any significant health-related issues or conditions that the school nurse should be aware of, please call the health office to set up an appointment and the school nurse can meet and discuss your concerns.  Important forms and information are located on the left side of this page.
