Matthew Fanelli has lived in Eastchester with his family since 2014. He has five children, the oldest of whom attended Eastchester Middle School as well as Eastchester High School. He has two children currently in the Eastchester School District, a second-grader at Anne Hutchinson and a first-grader at Waverly.
Fanelli has served on several boards, having previously been elected to positions with the Ardsley Swim and Tennis Club, as well as the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB).

Chrissy Geagan and her husband, Marty, have lived in Eastchester since 2012. Their oldest son, Ryan attends Eastchester High School, their daughter, Kayleigh, attends Eastchester Middle School, and their youngest son, Connor, attends the Anne Hutchinson School. The Geagans are active members of the community and you’ll find them most weekends on a soccer or baseball field with Marty coaching.
Chrissy was elected to the board in 2021. She served on the Policy Committee, Safety and Facilities Committee, Community Relations Committee, Education and Technology Committee, and Social and Emotional Learning Committee. She was also the Waverly board liaison.
Chrissy previously served as Vice President of the Anne Hutchinson PTA. Over the years, she enjoyed planning many school functions at Waverly and Anne Hutchinson schools.
Chrissy has a bachelor’s degree from Pace University and a master's degree in speech-language pathology from New York University. She has extensive experience working in classrooms with teachers, which has taught her the importance of collaboration and teamwork in education. As a speech-language pathologist, Chrissy advocated for children to receive the services that they needed and deserved. She continues to advocate and represent the voices of parents and students across the district. With Chrissy’s deep passion for educational excellence, she is dedicated to ensuring that every student receives the best possible education starting from kindergarten through high school.

Jackie (Dibbini) DiMarco earned her doctorate in pharmacy from St. John’s University, where she met her husband and fellow pharmacist, Frank. They moved to Eastchester in 2013, having known that this was where they wanted to raise their family. Her family has long-standing roots in the town, serving the community through their family-owned and operated Wilmont Pharmacy for over 30 years. Jackie has two sons in the District, Joey and Johnny, who both attend Greenvale Elementary School. Both boys are active in EYSA and ELL, and Frank is a proud baseball coach for ELL. Jackie is a lifetime parishioner of Immaculate Heart of Mary, where her sons take religious education.
Jackie was elected to the Board in 2021. She has served on the Policy Committee, DEI Taskforce, and is the Board liaison to Greenvale. She also was Chairperson of the Community Relations Committee, which held the first ever “We Celebrate Eastchester” block party event in June 2022. She believes in the excellence of Eastchester schools and is passionate about the future of the District. Jackie feels that a school environment is not only a place of academic learning but an environment where children should feel happy, safe, secure, and confident. As a Board Trustee, it is important to her that the years spent in the District give children the tools to be empathetic, informed and responsible members of society.
Jackie is a Clinical Pharmacist at the Burke Rehabilitation Hospital, and brings 15 years of hospital experience during a time where public health is at the forefront of our school systems. In her role at Burke, Jackie serves on the Infection Control Committee, is secretary of the Antibiotic Stewardship Committee, and is a preceptor to pharmacy students.

Originally born in Eastchester, Christine Civitano-Lombardi returned to the town in 2007 with her husband. She has two daughters in the fifth and third grades, both of whom attend the Anne Hutchinson School.
A lawyer by trade, Civitano-Lombardi, has served as pro-bono counsel to low-income families of special needs children, helping those families to secure appropriate services and accommodations in other school districts. She has also served as class mother for her daughter’s classes.

Sean and his wife have lived in Eastchester for eight years and currently have children at Anne Hutchinson and Waverly with another Future Eagle preparing to join the ranks.
Sean is a partner at a comprehensive wealth management firm, and believes that through these professional leadership responsibilities, he haslearned that active listening and open dialogue fosters a collaborative environment to achieve common goals.

A teacher with the New York City Department of Education, Laurie Giacobbe moved to Eastchester with her husband in 2014. They have two young children, one of whom will entering Waverly in September.
With a passion for education, Giacobbe has taken several leadership roles within her profession, attending workshops for rigorous curriculum programs and presenting that information to her colleagues. She has also been a teacher leader for her grade level, helping her team work collaboratively by planning coherent instruction and providing accountability for student achievement.

Robert and his wife Michele moved into the district almost six years ago for its outstanding community and schools. They are the proud parents of two children, both of whom are enrolled at Anne Hutchinson. Robert isa seasoned biopharmaceutical executive with over 18 years of experience in commercial leadership roles. His expertise lies in strategic planning, business operations, sales, marketing, and Market Access.

Christie McCloskey has lived in Eastchester since 2003 and has three children who have attended Eastchester schools. Her daughter Meghan and son Ryan graduated from Eastchester High School in 2020 and 2021, respectively. Her youngest son, Kieran, is currently an 11th grader.
McCloskey has been elected to several positions during her time in the school district, serving as PTA President at both Waverly (2008-2010) and Greenvale (2010-2012) (2015-2017), and as the PTA Council Secretary (2012-2013).
