2023-2024 Absence Notification Information for EHS Families

• If your child will not be attending school, please notify our attendance office by phone (914) 793-6130 ext. 4228. You may leave a message. For other attendance-related questions, please contact EHSattendance@eufsdk12.org

• If your child is sick, a note may be required from a doctor indicating whether the absence is COVID-19 related or not before returning to school. 

• All medical conversations should take place with the Nurse’s Office (ext. 4246) after reporting your child's absence to the attendance office.
