The Eastchester School District is committed to academic excellence while providing an educational experience that supports the development of a student's emotional, social, athletic, and civic self. The District takes great pride in its outstanding instructional programs, talented and hardworking educators, support staff and administrators, and dedication to the children of our community. Our administrators, teachers, and staff put forth unwavering efforts to ensure that all children achieve academic, social, and emotional success during their time in our district.
Ultimately, all aspects of the Eastchester School District collaborate to support and advance the mission, "to provide a quality education in a safe, stable, and secure environment that fosters mutual respect, promotes the uniqueness of the individual, provides opportunities for student successes, and guides all students intellectually, emotionally, physically and socially.".
The purpose of our District website it to provide you with important information about our district, schools, and programs. This office oversees all aspects of curriculum and instruction, local and state assessments, professional learning, instructional data and technology, state and federal grants, and the oversight of all instructional personnel. The sections under Curriculum & Instruction are explained below to help you find information regarding our academic programs, initiatives, and systems that keep us on the path to meeting our mission. I look forward to our continued collaboration as we serve to provide the highest quality of education to the students of Eastchester.
